UK Delivery Information

Orders within the UK under a total value of 20 will incur a postage charge of 2.95.

All orders of 20 and above will be delivered free of charge to any UK address. They will be either:

Order Value Post Service
Order between 20 and 75 Free 1st Class Delivery
Orders between 75 and 125 Free 1st Class 'Signed For'
Orders over 125 Free Special Next Day Delivery
Orders under 125 There will be the option to upgrade your postage to Guaranteed Next Day 'Special Delivery' with the Royal Mail for an additional cost of 6.95.

PLEASE NOTE: That the Next Day Delivery option requires the items to be ordered before 3pm and to be in stock. We endeavour to keep the website stock up to date, however, if there is an issue with an item we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the issue and seek your instructions on the order. Some items on this website have a delivery schedule listed under the product and that information will override the above with regard to Next Day Delivery.

Europe Delivery

Order Value Post Service
ORDERS up to 29.99 will incur a 5.00 Untracked postage and package service.
ORDERS over 29.99 will incur a flat-rate of 7.95 for Tracked/Insured postage and packaging. N.B: If your order weighs over 2KG, we may contact you with a revised price due to the heaviness. You will also have the choice to upgrade to a Courier for 40.00.

Rest Of World

Order Value Post Service
ORDERS up to 29.99 will incur a 7.50 Untracked postage and package service.
ORDERS over 29.99 will incur a flat-rate of 11.95 for Tracked/Insured postage and packaging. N.B: If your order weighs over 2KG, we may contact you with a revised price due to the heaviness. You will also have the choice to upgrade to a Courier for 50.00.

Courier Service

There is also the option to upgrade to a Courier, such as FedEx or DHL. This will typically be much quicker and have more detailed tracking than the standard Tracked & Signed For Airmail. The cost of this will be either 40 0r 50 depending on whether we are delivering to Europe or the Rest of the World respectively.

Payment Options

Credit or Debit Card - telephone payment - Please telephone us on 01633 897 770 and credit or debit card payment will be taken over the telephone. Most major credit cards accepted (we do not accept American Express).

Credit or Debit Card - online purchase - Just add the required items to the cart and follow the instructions online.

Online bank transfer - please contact us and we will supply our bank details if you require this payment method.

Paypal - Paypal payment is an option at the checkout stage.

VAT and Currency

If you live in the UK or an EU member state, UK VAT at the current applicable rate is included in all product and shipping prices and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage.

If you are not a member of the EU, VAT will automatically be deducted from the total cost of the order in the checkout stage.

All prices are shown in British pounds sterling (£).

Delayed Deliveries

We ship the majority of our orders via Royal Mail.

For deliveries in the UK, Royal Mail suggests 1-3 working days for parcels to arrive.

For deliveries in Europe, Royal Mail suggest 5-7 working days for parcels to arrive.

For deliveries to the Rest of the World, Royal Mail suggests up to 14 working days for parcels to arrive.

If you find that your order has taken longer than the suggested delivery time, before you contact us please ensure that you have checked with your local sorting office to see if they have your order. They will not always leave you a card to inform you that there is a parcel waiting for you, but you can generally call or visit with some identification and they can give you your parcel if it is there.

In the case that your order has been returned back to us because it was left unclaimed, it will be the customers' responsibility to pay for rescheduled delivery.
